Vincent is a sweet older boy who is super chatty and loving .. he was found homeless at his later stages in life so we are hoping someone will find it in their hearts to love and care for him for his final years ! he does have the starting stages of kidney failure and thyroid issues ! He is also in need of a dental but we will do that before he goes to his new home !
