These three babies were rescued off the streets.. and now we’ll get an amazing life! They can be a bit shy to start so all would probably do best in a quieter home setting… They are about 10 weeks old. I’m Looking For A Home of Their Own..
Gemini and Aries are adopted
Leo is waiting for a home with another buddy! He’s a bit of a shy boy but once he knows you he’s super sweet and affectionate… Yes I have new people.. she loves other kitties and he’s even great with dogs
He’s also long haired so grooming will be important. And his extra claws will need regular attention so they don’t cause problems….
Here’s some current photos of Leo
***Also be sure to read our adoption process and fees page
This is Gemini.. Gemini is the most outgoing. She’s really curious and gets into things. She loves to talk and she always runs to you to pick her up! — ADOPTED
Leo is a big boy with nice big mutts!
Leo is a bit more shy. He’s also long haired so grooming will be important. And his extra claws will need regular attention so they don’t cause problems….
Aries is kinda in the middle, she’s shy sometimes but she’s s real snuggler. She’s extremely loving and sweet tempered. She has extra toes too so those will need regular attention! ADOPTED

Broken Promises Rescue is a volunteer run, not-for-profit, animal rescue organization located in the lower Vancouver Island. We are a group of long time rescuers that have come together to focus on improving the lives of unwanted, neglected and orphaned animals on Vancouver Island (as well as remote communities and other areas of B.C. if our resources allow us to.) Currently we are seeing many pets overlooked in the shelter system because they have less than desirable qualities. They may have medical or behavioral issues or they may simply be the wrong color, age or breed. At Broken Promise Rescue we believe all animals deserve to experience a life without pain, loneliness or hunger and want them to know what it feels like to be loved and cherished, despite appearance, age or medical condition.
We are also dedicated to public education and raising awareness to help end the ongoing abuse, neglect and suffering. Educating children and adults about the responsibilities of animal ownership will go a long way in influencing public opinion on proper animal care, and help mold a more compassionate future. No animal should suffer at the hands of ignorance.
