Neela is a sweet girl who’s owners moved and left her behind .. thankfully people in the neighbourhood took care of her and then called us to take her on and find her a home of her very own ! She is absolutely a doll .. very sweet and loving .. does have a bit of the torti “tude” .. as you would expect but she is very sweet and loving and a nice easy girl! She loves to be brushed and play and is even a bit of a talker ! she is about 4-5 years old
