After our cat passed away we reached out to Broken Promises Rescue to foster. Pamela was incredibly through and came to our home to meet us and see where the kitties would be living. I cannot say enough good things about Pamela, she was there every step of the way financial and guiding us along the way. Not only did Pamela save theses two kittens but she saved us.
