Meet Percy the Chihuahua! This handsome lad is two years old, loves people, is very outgoing, and although he isn’t a fan of big dogs so far, he is doing great in his foster home with other Chihuahuas and learning how to play! Typical of Chihuahuas, Percy loves his person, and loves to cuddle. Percy prefers his people to be over 4′ tall so no children at this time. Cats will be fine as long as he doesn’t need to share his lap.
