Sylvie is a sweet, soulful tortoiseshell who loves the simple comforts of life. She enjoys overseeing her domain from her kitty tower and can often be found lounging contentedly on her favorite heat mat.
She is very affectionate once she bonds with her person and will often come up to you seeking pets and attention, rewarding you with her deep, loud purr. Sylvie loves being near her human, though she prefers not to be picked up or sit on laps, choosing instead to connect in her own affectionate and independent way.
Sylvie is also quite vocal and expressive, happily chatting with loud meows as part of her charm.
She is hearing impaired, which can make her a little more sensitive to sudden movement or changes in her environment, so she thrives best in a quiet, predictable home. Sylvie would do best as the only pet, where she can feel safe, relaxed, and truly at ease.
